To invite a teammate using Google Directory in SyncSignature, follow these steps:
  1. Connect Google Workspace: Ensure that your Google Workspace account is connected to SyncSignature.
  2. Import Users from Google Directory: In SyncSignature, navigate to the Teammates section.
  • Select the option to Import Users from your Google Directory.
  1. Send Invitations: Select the teammates you want to invite from the list.
  • Send them an invitation via email to join the workspace.
  1. Teammates Accept Invitation: The invited teammates will receive an email with an invitation link to join SyncSignature and manage their email signatures.
