To add a Call-to-Action (CTA) in your signature in SyncSignature, follow these steps:
  1. Create or Edit Signature: Go to the MY SIGNATURES section and create or edit an existing signature.
  2. Insert CTA: Use the signature editor to add a CTA element, such as a button or clickable text (e.g., “Schedule a Meeting,” “Book Now”).
  • Link the CTA to the desired URL (e.g., your booking page, Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
  1. Save Signature: After adding the CTA, save the signature and assign it to the relevant workspace or group.
  2. Notify Teammates: If needed, notify teammates to update their signatures with the new CTA link.
