Manager and Teammate roles in SyncSignature have different permissions and responsibilities:
  1. Manager Role: Managers can manage everything within the assigned workspace, including creating and assigning templates, managing teammates, and updating signatures.
  • Managers have full control over the workspace, allowing them to oversee signature management for all teammates.
  1. Teammate Role: Teammates can only manage their own basic details and copy their email signature.
  • They do not have permissions to edit templates, manage other teammates, or modify signature templates within the workspace.
