To send a signature for installation in SyncSignature, follow these steps:
  1. Go to Signature Section: Navigate to the MY SIGNATURES section where your signature is located.
  2. Select the Signature: Find the signature you want to send for installation and open it.
  3. Send via Email: Use the Send via Email option to email the signature to the recipient. The recipient will be able to copy and install it in their email client.
  4. Notify the Recipient: Inform the recipient to paste the signature into their email client after receiving it.
