# What are Workspace Templates?

**Workspace Templates** in SyncSignature are predefined email signature layouts that can be applied across an entire workspace. These templates are used to ensure consistency in email signatures for all teammates within a workspace.
To create and use workspace templates:

1. **Create Signature:** \*\* Start by creating a signature in the **MY SIGNATURES** section.
2. **Create Template:** \*\* Navigate to the **TEMPLATES** section and save the signature as a template.
3. **Assign Template to Group:** \*\* Assign the template to a group within the workspace, and all teammates added to that group will automatically receive the signature.

Workspace templates allow for efficient signature management across teams and departments.
