# How to Invite a Teammate using Google Directory?

To invite a teammate using Google Directory in SyncSignature, follow these steps:

1. **Connect Google Workspace:** Ensure that your Google Workspace account is connected to SyncSignature.
2. **Import Users from Google Directory:** In SyncSignature, navigate to the **Teammates** section.

* Select the option to **Import Users** from your Google Directory.

3. **Send Invitations:** Select the teammates you want to invite from the list.

* Send them an invitation via email to join the workspace.

4. **Teammates Accept Invitation:** The invited teammates will receive an email with an invitation link to join SyncSignature and manage their email signatures.
