# How to create email signature with headshot?

To create an **email signature with a headshot** in SyncSignature, follow these steps:

1. **Go to Signature Editor:** Navigate to the **MY SIGNATURES** section and either create a new signature or edit an existing one.
2. **Upload Headshot:** In the signature editor, select the option to add an image and upload your headshot (profile photo).
3. **Position the Headshot:** Position your headshot next to your name, title, and other contact information.
4. **Save Signature:** After adding and positioning your headshot, save the signature and assign it to the relevant workspace or group.
