# How to assign roles for teammates in agency plan

The agency plan in SyncSignature offers three types of roles: **Owner** , **Manager** , and **Teammate** .\*\*
Steps to assign roles:\*\*

1. **Invite Users:** \*\* Send invitations to teammates and clients.
2. **Assign Roles:** \*\* Choose the appropriate role (Owner, Manager, or Teammate) during the invitation process.
3. **Manage Permissions:** \*\* The assigned roles will determine the permissions available to the users.
